How can you charge a child with child pornography? I mean he's in 8th grade and his girlfriend is in 8th grade and it says he sold the pics to his classmates lol. That's peer pornography.

And the prosecutor will be the captain of the football team...the defense attorney will be President of the chess club...and the judge could be the student council president!

i didnt look into the case after i first heard about it but i doubt they succeeded in that stupidity

 

its a JURY of peers, man. It doesnt matter who the judge, prosecutor, or attorneys are.

hell when i got in trouble a while back my attorney was OLD. he told me he graduted from law school in 1990 but just passed the bar exam last year for the first time...
