Cellphones dont take naked pics.

Kids take naked pics. (and sometimes adults though I believe sending a naked photo over the cell phone is illegal regardless of age...)

I worked for a District they are all crazy! if a kid does something silly they freak out and call it child porn. I agree kids MAY need phones but with very limited features I've seen kids 12 yrs old with 500 dollar cell phones.I read there were some kids in the north east who were actually conicted for sexting! those kids are now sexual offenders for life!how stupid is that. our laws are not moving with the times.and our politicians aren't even smart enough to use a cell phone much less regulate laws regarding them.

I agree with DD, IROC, and Notarps. Kids do need cell phones but they should not get them taken away. If the phone has bad pics; erase it and give back and have parents disable that feature or screen for camera equipped cell phones and not allow them.
