There needs to be some way for General Goldbrick to get into and out of those places without disrupting the entire facility.

I recall going to Aberdeen based on a relative by marriage who as a Second Lt in the USMC. One day the tired Gaurd wrapping up his afternoon shift did not salute as required at the gate. Corrections and motivation as delivered as required on the spot. Ive wondered at times at the marvel of then modern times when you back a Fury III to the double doors and 6 Privates need 20 mnutes to load everything.

My neighbor died from aneurism. He had artery burst in his brain, but lived. One in a million shot. Still smoked. The Cat scanned his entire body he had them everywhere.
I don't think you "catch" COPD. It is a result of years of smoking. Mild form of emphysema, combined with all the other effects of smoking over the years ( Plaque in the arteries, damage to the cardiac muscle ). Dieing from emphysema is just ghastly.

    Understood.

I don't comprehend how a greatly improved blood flow combined with oxgenation and so forth plus medicines to tip him into a land of excellent health. But I think when did all of that saying he will be 14 again... BOOM Sick. KAMBBOOOM bedridden whenever he exerts himself.

The only thing that tips you into excellent health is eating right & exercise, not having bad habits, excessive alcohol use, smoking, drug use. There's no magic bullet.
