I'm surprised they can even give cigarettes away with warnings like this on the pack. I guess its a matter of priorities

I keep my smokes in the other room so I don't get the temptation.

 

I have along way to go before even remotely looking that bad lol.

 

If you have the determination its not hard.

 

Can you do 6 hours? You might want to engage in a task enjoyable to you that distracts your mind. After a series of 6 hour quits you can move on to 8 hour quits.

I know I am a little bit of a difficult poster, I just as soon quit cold turkey and be mean and onery for 6 days and hope the first month is survivable lol. I heaped, well a heap; of a awful lot of love deposits onto the spouse during that month. we had me stay in a den which was not used by most of the home at that time period in our lives. Ultimately that space became a nice computer space for the two of us.

When I started to get sharp and accurate in certain tasks I took it easy to enjoy that time period of rediscovery what is possible. I did discover what it means to lose good people who are too addicted to smoking to let go as I have. I miss em and love em, but sorry fellas, they had to go away forever. IF they quit and stayed off the filthy things we have a awful lot of catching up to do. Otherwise good luck!
