Indeed. We have a special affinity for tobacco. Some of our ancestors grew the stuff where we also kept slaves as well, usually house servants but hired others who maintain labor force in the fields.

Took me around 3 weeks before the dangerous must light smoke up passed mentally and another 7 months before the body quit using chemcial imbalances to force you to light up knowing in 10 minutes you will be out of this withdrawl business all togther. Only Xanax was harder. I had two tours on that stuff. I should never have been on it. Sometimes I get past people with large enough doses inside of them and just know it.

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Here is another tidbit that will help you.

Remove all smoke triggers in your life. If that means putting Mother in Law on Craigslist, by all means do so.

    Jazz1 and pattyj Thank this.

    Know what's more?

I've heard that people that eat right, sleep right and exercise 'kick it over' as well.

    Sometimes unexpectedly!

It's gotta be tough..... You know.... Not having had chosen to be here (exist) in the first place.... then, when you do develop an awareness of being, fighting tooth and nail against your own expiration.

    Lol. We're all doomed.
I, personally, am going out like my grandfather: Asleep. Unlike all the passengers in his car at the time. ;)
