For my cdl in Michigan, drivers were allowed one "free" pull-up (at any time I always thought, but obviously the deeper the better) then additional pull-ups just cost you points... Hard to imagine getting her in without a pull-up, for someone just starting out anyway...
-
I could be wrong but I thought we got two pullups on that alley/dock thing.

sounds like your examiner wanted to be a pr!ck. the ohio cdl booklet has the official rules of the maneuverability test, iirc, so you could check there. maybe lodge a complaint against the guy (after you pass heh heh heh)
-
you're right they are online and in the book. that would be a good start at least

Same thing happens in California. They have a checklist but some testers feel it is not up to their standards.
Just roll with it and don't let them get under your skin. I believe I paced about 5 miles the day of my exam then took the test (s) and nailed them.
Good Luck ! -

Mr. mustard said,
I checked out clark state..$1700. I paid cash and was done with it. The guy who sat next to me while I learned to drive was a licensed examiner, so he's the one who gave me the test, which made me feel totally at ease, especially on the road test.
I had the same experience at a technical college in Wisconsin. Really the way to go.
I witnessed another "student" with no schooling come to use one of our trucks and take his road test. He couldn't even follow the examiner's directions much less pass the skills test. Picking the right school is important! Don't let anyone tell you different. -
Can anyone tell me how to quote just a portion of existing posts?
