9200i wiper delay not working

If they don't park properly, or quit mid sweep, the problem is usually inside the motor. If they do park properly and only the delay/intermittent doesn't work, the switch is faulty. Delay/intermittent is controlled by a small logic board inside the switch itself. The parking ability is built into the motor.

 

Had few issues on not just my cars but 3 trucks.. with cars just.like heavy d says, the park ability is built in to motor (some makes have a relearn procedure) had motor doing same thing on my 9400 mid sweep stall then like a min later finish sweep.. did it few times until changed motor.... on a prostar i drove wipers would always be on low intermitent.. replaced the switch and problem solved

 

My son worked at an RV dealership and taught me to clean my switches with wd40 or electric cleaner. My Intermittent wiper switch didn't work right and bunk reading light switch. Did that and work the switches 30 or 40 times and all is well. Now I just apply this to all switches and even radio connections and problems go away. When wiper switches cost $160 or$260 I don't remember which but I do remember being picked of the floor when the parts guy told me the price, cleaners and lubricants are real cheap.
