9400?

So I have this 9400 that I bought to get an engine for a customer, unfortunately…or maybe fortunately the truck itself is actually in pretty decent overall condition for a 95, New brakes and drums on all 4 rears 2 new parking chambers, all shocks and most of the exhaust. Generally minimal rust for its age and decent interior. The problems… transition peice between the cab and the sleeper is damaged, hood is pretty junky but useable/fixable, clutch linkage in the frame of the cab has a problem, bumper is destroyed, the fuel tanks/lines are in need of a good cleaning, and it’s got a 9 speed spicer. I sold the very good running n14. Oh and the paint looks like arse sorry conditions weren’t optimal for picture talking.
the question is do I put it back together with a m11 that I already have or strip the rest of the useable parts and scrap the rest? I have very little invested in what you see

 

Could be I know the m11 won’t help the cause. Where does one find $2500 farm trucks because every auction I’ve seen around here since about 2019 you aren’t going to buy something that drives down the road for less than 5k and that’s a stretch.

 

The v word trucks as you call them came in pretty hard here around 8 years ago and the vast majority were gone a few years later and haven’t come back

 

That’s something I hadn’t thought about…. Do I need to paint it white and add Volvo decals??!!
