Carriers beware.

This company has refused to pay a $600.00 invoice outstanding since November 2025. Multiple calls, emails, and follow-ups have been completely ignored or met with dismissive and unprofessional responses.

Serious red flags:

• Payment collected from the customer, yet carrier remains unpaid
• Vague and questionable rate confirmation
• Listed address (6 Toryork Drive, Toronto, ON) does not match actual operations (appears to be run from a residence in Quebec)
• Refuses to provide shipper/receiver contact details
• Does not answer phone calls
• Responds to emails by deflecting blame instead of resolving payment

This is not normal business practice.

At this point, it strongly appears that carriers are being strung along and not paid.

Avoid at all costs unless you are prepared to chase your money for months — or not get paid at all.
