Just to be clear, we replaced the crankshaft, camshaft, IAT and boost pressure sensors and Detroit ran the overhead and truck Country just replaced #3 injectors today and within 20 miles started misfiring so stopped and put resistor in and quit missing. Have spent $5,000 in the past 2 weeks. Put all new fuel lines Ts and fittings on. Tried different ecm and nothing works.

I finally changed all my fuel lines. Original steel braided rubber type. Had a couple of the new ones leaking. It really sputtered much worse. Also was losing prime within 15 minutes of shutting off. Had a lot more bubbles in fuel tanks. Re did a couple the lines ( Eaton re usable) ends. Seemed like it was fixed. Very few bubbles. Nope!! It still sputters a tiny bit. Mainly at 1500 RPM, if I hold it steady in lower gears let off a bit, sputters, blows white smoke, give it fuel and it catches. Rev it a bit and goes away. It also lost prime again after sitting 2 days. Cranks long after only one day, but starts. So it’s got a problem somewhere in the fuel system. Areated fuel. Can’t find the source. I wish I’d used the new plastic fuel lines that newer Trucks have. Going to re do every end, using brake fluid to maybe swell up the hoses I haven’t checked the pick up tube yet. Running off only Drivers side Tank. Passengers side was over filling. Can’t figure out why. Each Tank works right when singled out. It’s all very aggravating. I’ve been trying to remember why the resistor works myself. Trying to avoid throwing parts at it.
