Hi guys
Is a 96 wide flatbed a dealbreaker or a 102 is a must.Which one should I be going for?Would love to here your comments.thanks

Coils and steel : 96 can be better or at least as good as a 102 but a bit lighter.
Lumber and structural steel: 102 is better but not essential, weight is still a factor.
Machinery: 102 is best. -
I went from a 96” to 102”. The extra width makes all your building material loads easier. Also, for wide coils, the extra width helps with securement options. It doesn’t seem like much, but, it makes a difference.

Definitely grab the 102. There is some stuff that they won't load on a 96. Bagged materials usually need the wider trailer. If your only doing lumber and block loads you can get by with a 96.
