First started out with the engine intermittently cutting out. Then the radio and all lights external and internal would cut out. So I cleaned all of the grounds and checked them and that did not help at all. I unbolted the fuse panel to try to shake it and now I have no power to the fuse panel.

    Gorgeous truck btw.

You cleaned the grounds, but how about the hot side?

Sounds like you’ve found your problem. I’d guess there was a partial or intermittent connection on the back of the panel that you disturbed when you moved it.

Thank you, Yes I cleaned them

I want to believe so. I did find the fuse to my ecm popped, I did replace that with no luck I tried wiggling wires to no avail. I guess I’m trying to figure out where my panel is getting it’s power from

Go out under the hood and you’ll see where the big block plugs that go into the cab are. Its kind of self explanatory when you look from out there.

If its the fuse panel behind the clutch pedal, 95% chance your issue is there. Very common spot for electrical problems. If the windshield has leaked at some point in the past it'll start rotting the wires and corroding the terminals.

That’s a Paccar tradition, rotting the back of the panel. The Pete’s used to leak through the wiper pivots and run down the back of the panel. Nice light show and it sounded like a popcorn maker going down there whenever the rain and spray flew.

No leaks, you’re ahead already. Usually the back of them is blue and fuzzy when we get them apart up here. Too much salt. Follow those wires back to the back side of the plug in the fireway. Find nothing there go out in the engine bay and go at the plugs. I’ve had to re-pin lots of those circuits. I usually find problems on one side of the plugs or the other if not right at the bus in the fuse panel.
