    I found these on the web. The drawings show a relay for the wipers. Looks like the 315x circuit are for the wiper system.
    Are all the relays in this system the same. The internal lines look the same, the outside numbers are different.
    I don't know how to make the links a picture.

    Problem solved, I think. Changed the relay labeled " ignition relay"
    All legs were green.

    Turned ignition on 20 times and the wipers worked each time.
