Hey Guys looking at buying this truck it’s a 6nz don’t know original miles because of gauge cluster is bad and ecm has been changed. I attached 2 videos of engine running does it sound healthy? And what do you guys think of the blow by this was after taking it for a test drive? Others will argue with me but in my opinion, that amount of steam is normal comin* out of that pipe on a cat. Mines been like that since I bought it 5 years ago. Where it really counts is when you take the oil fill cap off and pull the dipstick. Check there for large amounts of blow by. Shouldn’t be any there. If there is, that’s when I might pass. But would still posssible purchase if can get cheaper
Only way to really check is with a manometer. Not sure if I spelled that correct. It will actually give you a measurement. Financially if its a big investment, I'd have it run on a dyno. Couple hundred bucks could save you thousands.
