I guess that I am in a catch 22 here with quality. Talked to a friend last night and he told me that his understanding with them is that they will not call you until you have been approved with a company. My catch 22, I will not fill out application until I get questions answered

What are your questions and concerns?

 

Questions that I asked sue and she told me that I have to talk to quality. Maintenence, breakdown, truck specs, where can pick up new truck since they have a location 30 miles from my home. This is not my first rodeo.

 

Gotcha I owned a rig for 8 years...stepped away for 3.5 years as a company driver..now time get back in the game..

These are the questions that I want answered prior to me filling out a application. I feel that it is the same before you apply to a new company. You have questions and you want answers. Plus remember that Quality handles the leases for many if not all of Roadrunner's companies, and some have different requirements as far as what they might want on a truck. From what I understand there is a1 month grace period before payments start, and that the grace period starts the day that you sign the agreement which will be before the truck has to go into the shop for any work that may be needed and then the down time for orientation.
