Got some of my money from them... They back charged me for the two weeks they supposedly gave us for free when we started on the lease. They have not returned my plate money. When I turned in the truck, they pulled the remaining balance of the plates and permits from my check. So 1900.00 bucks for 4 months of plates... I don't think that's fair.
Next is the 2290... I paid that out my last settlement for 4 months on a truck they are going to lease to someone again. And I promise will charge the same thing again.

They get all butt hurt when you turn in a truck even over personal problems. And that walk away is a joke... They will do everything they can to keep your money.
I won't see any if the maintenance money, and I bet I won't get anything else from them.

if your contract stated as a walk away lease and they're with holding your settlements and continuing to charge you I would get a lawyer and go after them real quick

I talked with Dan Wagner over there yesterday. He sent me some info on their lease program. After reading your post I'm having 2nd thoughts about them. The lease and the miles and pay don't sound bad at all but If I'm going to take a week off here and there I don't want them messing with my payments by doing the whole months worth at once..
My plan was to take a few days every 10 or so and then take 4 weeks off (1 at a time) over the course of a year. I live in an area where I would be able to get by the house to do the 3 to 4 off every 10 or so.
When you had to take time off did they do all of your months payments at once including the entire months truck payments? I just don't get that as to why they would go that route. If that's their policy it is almost like they have lost a lot of lease drivers in the past and want to make sure they get their payments before the driver ditches. Just wondering your input. Thanks for all your posts and good luck out there.

Just the truck payment for that week. But full month of everything thing else.
Wish you the best of luck. I don't think they want you home very long or often.

I appreciate the response. Guess I'm going to have to talk to them and see if that's changed then go from there.
