Same customers and dispatch for over 30 years . When I talk to their brokers they tell me they've known the family forever. I just run California to the Midwest mostly I never do East Coast or anything east of Ohio pretty much figured 3500 miles a week if you want it with less than 10% dead head . No force dispatch , I usually just take what they give me because they don't take cheap freight , they're always looking to haul the most profitable freight for them and me

 

Thanks i've been at it for 22 years, i've done tankers and flatbeds and boxes of doubles and triples., nothing really bad to say about any company I have ever worked for , somethings are just a better fit for others. What sold me is Tim , being the owner and still dispatching every day, and dan really is the best safety guy I have ever met, he drove for like 38 years and he's just, really cool and understanding. The last message I got was that we had passed 20 out of 24 inspections in May I guess that's the best record of any road runner company. My very first trip before I had even make any money for them , Tim asked if I needed anything I jokingly said $1000 anf before I even finish my sentence he was sending numbers for an EFS check to my truck ha ha... A lot of driver's have been here anywhere from 5 to 25 years or more , and when I researched them they had less than a 10% turnover, and the trucks Tim was selling go really quick

 

Ah yea I don't think anybody is working today over there are they
