Not sure what you mean by set up...
Radio on the dash..Power/gnd and coax all routed through truck to that its not pinched or bent..Power direct from battery..
Ant (102 on 10" riser)Is mounted on mirror bracket of drivers side....
When testing i set up analyzer with an open, short, load to see directly from ant(where applicable)..
Drivers door has two bond straps(between door and cab) and one goin from cab to firewall..One more on back of cab goin to back wall to chassie..

Sence i was way to eager to try this out i didnt put on any anti sieze to lock stud so the conditions got after that..
Ant is leaned at about 45 deg but stands up straight at highway speeds..Oh and my return loss drop by 50ish % which aint good..
Still confuses me why im maxed out length wise and analyzer tells me im short...I put on a 7ft skip shooter and i cant go short enough and same with a 10 on a 22" shaft....

I wondered if you had the AA at the antenna or at the end of the feed line.

Feed line but as i said i got it set as to eliminate coax...Cant get the aa directly on the stud..Only way i can is to change the angle more upright and then ill be hittin stuff with the tip..
