This is a six year old thread. Hope he has solved the problem by now! Where were you guys when he was sweating his you know what off. O well better late than never.
Ok I would check to see if you have power and ground on the motor. If it has power and ground but is stalled, motor is toast.
Could be when I pulled it out it started, so changed ends on inlet wires and motor wires. Worked for three days, then the reach over and smack trick or good bump.
Check temps on the clutch relay switch and 30a ac breaker in the fuse box. Mine was getting hot and popping. Swapped the 30a breaker and the clutch stays engaged with only one pop. Old wire coupled with old blower resistor is My next though on what's making my heat. Gotta remove my cup holder and get behind the heat ducting on the 07' t600
