If you remove passenger side panel and remove fan assembly use a water hose and air gun and clean off the core. Everything will drain out the bottom drain hose. That will fix the airflow problem.

Know this thread is old. But my issue turned out to be a weak Bussmann Circuit Breaker 30 amp maxi. Mine had gotten where it would only work some. Fan not blowing hard, plus was cutting off. Then back on for a few seconds. Replaced the fan relay deal. Have all speeds again. Read where lots of people were having this slow fan speed issues.
Found it when I reached for that circuit breaker. And it burned my finger tip. It was red hot from tripping and resetting so much. Replaced it and now fan blow hard can run it on middle speed. And still feel lots of air.
So if your fan motor has slowed down. Or kicking in and out. Look on the kick panel. Mine is in the middle and is marked Cab heat AC. Big relay to the right of of it I thought was the right one. But it was the small breaker.
