I found the drain hose on my 2013 cascadia and it was hell. Its behind the black cab filter box on firewall.... you have to take off the box to get to the hose

I have a 2013 cascadia and I found the drain hose behind the black cab air filter box on the firewall. It's a b**** to get to you almost have to remove the black box just to reach it

Cut the evaporator cover and remove the lower evaporator cover. Should start draining again after unplugging. If the evaporator is very dirty use compressed air to blow lightly , other option is to removed and wash it throughout but that requires recovery, vacuum and recharge AC unit along with removing your TXV with new seals.
