I have no water coming out of the drain tube when running. NO water inside. Once the truck in shut down it poors the water out of the drain tube. Checked cabin filter clean/ Evaporator clean. After running for hours the coldness goes down air volume stays strong. Not freezing up. Any clues why ?

Not familiar with that truck, but may have a partial blockage of the drain line.
Or the fresh air inlet is blocked or recirculate door is stuck.
Or a combination of the two.
If you put your finger over the hole in the drain line with the blower motor going full blast, you may feel it pulling air in.

Outside air door may be broken.
Check behind the air cleaner on passenger side to see if cold air is blowing out.
Freon pressure is not right and trash in system. Did you put a new compressor on it recently ?
If you did was system flushed ?
