that's what I'm going to try this week end. if I unplug a wire and it kicks out the com clutch then I would say it is ok.

no I did that added some Freon and it was to much so I bled it back off. the dang com still run continuously.

no like I said before, on a kw all you have is a high pressure and low pressure and the t-stat switch in the evap core. that is it on a kw.

Is the expansion valve wrapped with that 2 sided sticky as crap stuff?
Or is it a orafice tube system?
Right in there somewhere Pete changed over to orafice tubes, honestly I'm not sure about K W's. If it's an orafice tube, there were different colors that were different sizes of screen. Since that's where the freon changes form well you see where I'm headed. Just a idea I hadOxbow Thanks this. -
No, I have expansion valves. The one in bunk is wrapped but the one out on firewall is not. Never was.

My instructor said if you didn't put the t stat switch in the right place of the evap, it could cause it to freeze over. If you message me your email I can send you some info on charging and diagnosing that we got this week.

A buddy of mine suggested the samething. Maybe I shoved in to the evap to far.
