    Here in the US, it dosent matter where it is in the car, or who the cop suspects, if it's in the car and no one claims it, everyone gets charged and arrested

    That's his problem. If he gives up the weed he will have a future. Did someone hand you your cdl and your job? People have to earn their own way, holding his hand will not help him in the long run.

    And if he brings weed on your truck, you will get arrested if it is found, then your career is basically over

    One of my friends is going through something like this right now. He has tried to help his son to the point he has almost emptied out his bank account. He loves his son, but has got to the point that he knows you can't be nice to some people because they see it as weakness. It sucks but you have to protect yourself from these people or you take a chance of ruining your life.

    Haha OP. Sounds brilliant. What could go wrong? Imo potheads are fiercely competent and reliable people. I would totally dump my life savings into the hands of a stoner. This is a story many millionaires are made of..

    He's not bad eh? well alot of people will disagree however its your choice bud your the one that know's him your only issue could be your insurance other than that if your ok with hiring him and hes reliable whats the problem.

    If no one claims it then it usually falls on the driver of the car . At least that's what I always seen on COPS?
