    Not to sound like a broken record and just basically repeat what everyone else has already told you, but yeah, you should've just taken the TONU and grab a different load. A whole 24hrs of waiting wasn't worth it, when convoy maxes out detention pay at $200 and layover is only $150 for dry van, $250 for running reefer. Convoy, in my opinion, is basically a bottom of the barrel feeder. Sure, I used them extensively a lot last year, because I was able to snag great rates despite lower bids by competitors due to my "scorecard". When you have no issues with pickup/delivery, no complaints, but their customer support service sucks major balls whenever you have any incidentals.
