Was wondering - How long do most companies make you ride with a trainer before you get a ride of your own?

Most of the time it's a month. Any longer than that your getting screwed because the company isn't paying you crap. So if you still driving for 6 weeks or so, as a trainee then your just a slave basically. Any company that wants you to go longer is full of crap. One month then get on your own and start making some real money.

I think Prime runs a 300 hr training with the trainer. Nothing wrong with that, I wish more companies would do a little better job with their training.

Hell yeah, most of them do a p!ss poor job of training.

Keep in mind the school is education, not experience. No matter where you go after graduation, you will be with a trainer. That's when you will start to apply what you learned in school, and learn what it really takes to be a successful driver.
