A message to management.

I do my best and go home.
I really don't care what anyone else does.

 

What I’ve learned so far.
- 10% of employees do 90% of the work.
- 89% will do 10% of the work.
- The last 1% will cause 200% of your issues.
- everyone gets paid the same.

Find a company that sheds the 90% in the first 6 months and you’ll have a productive and happy life.

 

How would you reward such a high performing employee?
How could you keep him/her motivated?
I knew some amazing employees and
I knew their answers.
But it might not work in the present system.
