Freightliner has it down to 20 minutes. It will Regen every 6 hours of idle time

The 2013 I drive takes 9 minutes parked, or being driven for less than 10 miles deadhead. I have to initiate a parked regen, and it usually goes 10 hours or even longer idling, unless I've done stop and go prior to the idling. It will shut down if it gets too far, but override shutdown and either drive off or do a parked regen works. The automatic initiated ones did it sooner, and I never timed them.

I did it in the middle of the night parked at a truck stop not realizing how much noise it would make.

How do I actually perform the regen? I just got in an older mack with the blue regen button on the dash. I keep getting a parked regen message on the screen but when I hold the regen button nothing happens
