Nothing wrong with being juvenile when it comes to humor, absolutely nothing.

 

You're not alone. Sometimes the servers try to call me by what they assume is my full name. I always inform them that it is not. I usually just tell them a made up name.

 

It annoys me too.

I tell them I'm Barack Obama. They have no idea at all who that is.

Sometimes I just tell them my name is number 7, that works well. They just call number 7.

What I hate more, is when some ugly or fat clerk calls me sweety or honey. The good looking ones hardly ever say that.

I was at a Whataburger drive thru in Ft. Worth once, probably 2a.m., some 130 year old woman called me sweetheart. I had to see a psychiatrist after that. I couldn't have sex for 6 months w/o her face flashing in front of me.

...or at Love's when you enter, every employee has to say "Hi, how are you?" I've got things on my mind and hate ignoring them, but I do. They're not sincere and it's a pain in the ###.

If they just said HI, that'd be okay, but by asking the question "How are you?" that puts me in the uncomfortable position of feeling I'm rude by not answering....but I don't answer.

 

I hate the Loves and that Hi crap, and it's more annoying when they don't say Hi,

 

Moderators?? I haven't had trbl with them here, but some moderators on other sites are power freaks who can't even get a job at McDonald's, but they live on the forum and it's their whole life.

They're on a power trip....in their own little world. It makes them feel like a "somebody" when they are usually just "nobody's"
