I run local and as I was pulling a truck out of the garage I noticed it had a inspection sticker on the windshield and right about it a red carb test pass sticker of some kind, I have not seen that yet I guess I should have too a picture of it. California for most part isn't enforcing this law hard yet. But I have a feeling they will eventually.

You dont have to go around just run in at night avoid major truckstops and run out at night most of the coops are closed
