The reason I posted is because I know that some guys after so many months switch companies. They go back and for to stay with the policy of the companies.

Three is three too many for some carriers, others don't mind much but you may get stuck in a rig that is barely legal for awhile.

Hitting bushes, simply because they are bushes. Is never a good idea.

Based on the little information you have provided us. You might have a problem getting on with another company, maybe not.

But you've certainly shown a lack of disregard for the equipment and the things around the equipment.....meaning you didn't get out and look. You poked and hoped 3 times too many.

My wife works in the yard a lot and it seems I'm taking splinters out of her fingers every week. The best part of it is she has a very low tolerance for pain......I love it.......lol

    I know it's serious but that's a funny post.

I didn't have disregard but I see how they look at it. I think with all the fender benders that truckers have they should buy fenders in bulk.

The truckers that I'm posting about have been switching on and off since 1969 and they are still going. so there must be something out there!

I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. Every fender on every truck I have driven in 31 years has been returned without a dent, scratch or ding. As Danc694u posted, if you Get Out and Look, also known as G.O.A.L, you won't have any new fenders needing to be installed on your truck. My last stop that I do every Friday morning requires me to G.O.A.L every week, sometimes 3 times like this morning. It doesn't concern me one bit who is waiting behind me, if I loose sight of my trailer or fender I get out and look.

They been driving for 43 years, they should probably hang it up. Didn't they save any money?

"all the fender benders that truckers have". I don't know who or where these drivers are driving, but I have an assigned tractor and trailer. any damage is obviously done by me. there is non, except for road debris or blown tires or someone else. I've had them for 2 yrs.

I have known some LTL drivers that slip seat and run stuff because they don't care and will blame it on the guy who drove it before them. they are rare !
