A question for whoever else has been through this!

It's not that often. give me some credit for doing a decent job 80 percent of the time? If we were in school that would be a B average person.

No. This isn't an 80% of the time type of job. You've got to be on your game 100% of the time or something disastrous can occur. Those 2 seconds you take to look where you shouldn't be could be 2 seconds too long for you not to react to a situation. You think those with 1 Million+ safe miles do a decent job 80% of the time?

 

Can I plead the 5th, please?

 

Actually I'm going to bite on that one. I can't count how many times I've seen people with 1, 000, 000 + safe driver stcickers on the sideof their truck doing incredibly stupid things. Not to take away from the achievement for those that do actually drive safely, but i wonder how many of those guys/gals got to that point by sheer dumb luck.

 

I just like the sheer stupidity some have shown...I mean, driving through a scalehouse with a phone glued to your ear? come on...lol

 

Using your concept of this, you can also say that if you were playing baseball you would be leading the majors in hitting. But we all know this is not baseball, right?

 

Or how about, "Give me some credit, boss! I don't steal from you 80% of the time!"

Or, "aw gee honey, don't be mad, I am faithful to you 80% of the time."
