The driver turn over rate is dependent on who you speak to, the driver, the company?
I have had driving jobs that lasted up to I saw the wreck of a truck they were giving me, and walked off the lot. I have had driving jobs that at lunch time I parked it and walked away, because I was told NO DRIVER TOUCH, and when I get to the place, I had to finger print an entire 53 foot trailer load.
So driver turn-over is dependent on some factors, that are acceptable to some and down-right nasty to others. Promise me a no touch freight, and good equipment, pay, benefits, give me different, I know how to walk. So in effect, I "turned over" that job.
