    It's not CVSA (Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance), it is CSA 2010. CVSA's web site is:

    http://www.cvsa.org/

    You'll find CVSA does not gig the driver for violations. They are the entity that facilitates the North American Out of Service criteria.

    No wonder I get lost in translation when I'm trying to get back to where I started. I stand pleasantly corrected.

    We had our meeting on this subject from the company on Monday. The next day at 10:30am, a driver was told to "not worry about the center trailer light not working, just take it!" He was one of the presenters of CSA 2010.

    And reading all of it has become a disease!

    why don't we just paint all the trucks and trailers a reflective color and we wont have any issues i got a ticket for not having tape on the back of my sleeper or my full fiberglass fenders and i refuse to put it on and destroy a custom paint job the dot told me i need it on the fenders incase i turn a corner and a car cant see the back of my truck when are other driver gonna have to take responsability for there actions if you cant see whats infront of you you should'nt be on the road and whats the tape on the sleeper for air planes like someone else said they dont like all the lights and want to bust us for em but the want reflective tape so we can be seen better big joke IMO
