Sometimes, I flash my markers as an "excuse me please" or "thank you for letting me into traffic" regardless of whether they signaled me over. Maybe that's what those drivers are doing.

The only time I use a single blink of the left turn signal is when I'm telling them to go get bent. Truckers who brights me get that one if I'm feeling especially cranky.

When I'm in heavy city traffic, I do that too and nine times outta ten, I don't need them to blink their lights at me to know what theyre doing. The most common scenario is when I have to move over a lane, whether it be for a broke-down motorist, big truck or four-wheeler making a charitable donation to a LEO, or just to get around slower traffic and a car or truck backs out of the throttle or moves over a lane when they see my turn signals. Some flash, but even the ones that don't, its not hard to tell that they are giving you space so I give a few quick presses on the marker interrupt button.

Out on the open interstate though however, that's a different story, which is what I was referring to.

If you and I are the only ones on a particular stretch of blacktop and you pass me, you can stay in that left lane for as long as you want. Most of the time, you won't get a blink from me unless you have an impatient driver on your back door.

Point to where I said only anywhere? You won't find it. Foremost does not mean only.

I see more of theirs than others aimed high. I see more of their trucks with them on all the time than others as well so that might be part of it. What I see is what I see, not a national study on who has poorly aimed lights.

Yes, I definitely have a beef with England because everyone knows if you say they have their fog lights aimed high that it'll probably stop all the new guys from going to get a job there. I couldn't of possibly slammed them any harder than with that comment... Get real.

You might as well have!.....lol. You didn't mention any other company, just CRE trucks so it seems to me like you had a point to make or you wouldn't have just said England trucks.

    Next time, be more specific.

Wow, really? Gee, I guess England got a bunch of trucks that had the fog lights installed and aimed by the same person. That's kinda odd that so many you see are improperly aimed.

    Then don't act like it.

Be more specific on what? Do I need to define foremost next time first? Do you want me to make a list stating in what order companies come into my mind when giving an opinion about something?

Assuming I implied something is your own problem.

What did you expect when somebody posts a piss and moan thread? How many topics have been started and discarded about highbeams and fog lights? We've all heard the rants a billion times.

Being a Trainee and unable to fill a thimble with knowledge yet, I have been flipping my headlights off then back on with about a second delay in between. The interupters on our trucks only work with the rear lights. Question being, "Am I wrong in this practice?"

No, not wrong. Are you sure the interrupt button doesnt flash the marker lights on the front of the truck? They dont always flash the headlights, sometimes just the marker lights. And some trucks you have an interrupt for the headlights, and a separate interrupt for the marker lights.
