Whatever you do do not give any advice or help in anyway. Its better to sit in your drivers seat and make ugly faces and blast your horn if they get anywhere near you. Isolate new drivers. You dont want them to feel like they belong to a community of drivers. A mans choice of what he wears on his feet to drive is more important than his choice of careers. Remember, its the new drivers that ruined the industry, not the guys with 30 years in the industry.

This is not the first time I have heard your viewpoint. Also, there is some truth to it. However, it has been my direct observation it is the new drivers themselves that isolate. My last 10 or so driving I offered help or assistance no telling how many times. In almost EVERY instance I was told no I got it. Over time I became more and more reluctant to offer help. I even got told once by a new driver at my company to and I quote "MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS" when I offered to show him the best way to chain up.

Because thats the mind set & caliber of todays society.. They will just YouTube it or Google it and in 5 minutes they are then a expert on it
They will never enroll in the School of Hard Knox because that would require some effort on their part .. they won't do that
