I've been with AAA for two months now and I'd just put it like this. Almost every facet of the job is physically easy. The difference I've noticed between this job and others is that the pace is constant. There isn't any time to sit and shoot the breeze with your co-workers while working the dock. Once I swipe my ID onto dock then I'm expected to be productive. Too many bathroom breaks raises some eyebrows too, lol. Seriously, its really easy, just have to pace yourself to keep moving and productivity up. Remember, once the dock work is done, you've still got your route to run. I'm averaging about 5 hours in the morning on the dock and about an 8 or 9 run route afterwards most days. Mondays are my long days and have several times had to use my 16-hr exception.

Hope everyone had a productive week. Mine was fairly busy. Hence the reason I wasn’t on here. Had a very late start this morning due to leaking hub oil on one of the dolly wheels that I found on the pre trip and the yard guy couldn’t get it right this morning. Barley speaks English. But we got it taken care of. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Stay safe.
