He's a good guy I think he was just kidding, lol.Yep still in my uniform, lol.Ray finds me sexy in it so im going to Walmart and a few other places today iin it when he wakes up,lol. Its actually real comfortable.
Hi patty, yeah, that sounded a little harsh to me too, wonder if they were kidding. "Leave the truck under a bridge", that's terrible advice. I would never underestimate what a company would do in that situation, and when that would come back to bite ya.
BTW, are you still in your uniform? Oh, for crying out loud!
I think you would be better off to ask to be routed to the main terminal, clean out your truck, and resign. Regardless of what your DAC shows, if you need to use the company for driving experience later, an abandonment will come back to haunt you.
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
I called them this morning and told them I can't handle the lifestyle and I need to turn my truck in there going to route me to Omaha I'm in Minnesota now just waiting on the load assignment hopefully I don't have to wait to long

Well hey you gave it a chance truck driving is not for you, nothing wrong with that. You're doing the right thing by taking it to the terminal. You'll be there Monday. Then don't forget to hand in all your tools keys ect.Is Werner going to pay for a bus ticket home?

Hey kolo, your new mission is to advise wannabe's of the horrors of trucking. Hey, it could work. Might be the best $50 bucks they ever spent.pattyj Thanks this. -
There's something about men in uniform that attracts women like flies not to mention sweet smelling cologne. My trainer at the asphalt company had the best smelling cologne on one day last week.I'd like to buy Ray some but trainer didn't know the name.Hes going to get the name for me.
Hmmm, uniform hey? That gives me an idea. There is an Army surplus store on the south side, and I am having such a rough time meeting women,,,,of course, why didn't I think of that.
