I applied to ABF Freight and the requirement outlines are as shown;
I applied, having less than 1 year of training, received an email back saying: Thank you for your interest in ABF. We require all applicants to have a minimum 1 year tractor trailer experience - but what?
- Have 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (Candidates with less than 1 year experience may be eligible for training).
So I showed them a screenshot of their job requirements, asking if this qualification was made in error, just to get ignored.
Why get people's hopes up? What do they gain out of this? Second time it's happened.
ABF Freight lying about exp. requirments?

But it states "may be eligible. "
One might assume it depends on the desperation of the particular terminal -
Says may be eligible... With today's market they won't have trouble filling that spot.celticdriver23, 85Carbonlight, Another Canadian driver and 1 other person Thank this.
