ABF turned up trucks?

I heard XPO is about to go up to 70. I can't have that.

Its weird. It's like some of there trucks have always been governed and some not. After they announced their trucks would all be governed. Seems all their trucks were staying at 65. Here lately I'm seeing more and more running around 70. IDK maybe there are some that they haven't had a chance to set the governor's on yet. That's what I've been seeing around ATL anyway. And, I'm not talking about the contractors either.
