I appreciate anyone who can get things done on their own. however you must not be aware, I have spent most of my time behind the wheel of a 379 pete in the ne including nyc- and a spread axle reefer. ive swapped, and dropped, and split, and tcalled, or whatever else you may have called it, many times. I also have done some training in that time too. Ive seen and been through some stuff. including when I hit the road here. I take notes, and try to improve where we can. feedback is always appreciated. in the meantime, yall keep doing what your doing, and pass these good habits on to your compadres!

Good luck Slideways. Remember to pull the fuel nozzles out before driving off at the terminal. You are with a really good company.

I saw Slideways...he was trying to get the shop to refill his turn signal fluid. I asked him if his trainer taught him anything. He said his trainer is a jerk and all he does is take his lunch money everyday. Who is this trainer? All I know is that this dude is a huge O's fan. When I catch him I will give him a tune-up!!
Congrats Slideways! -
We had a special assignment. HPL at Ukrops in Richmond and a non-stopper to Indy. It was a high profile run. Everyone was watching. If successful it means a new lane, dedicated, for us. The customer was tracking us through our web app where they can view location and temp of the reefer real-time. Must pickup by 1730 and deliver by 0600. 640 miles. We got to the customer at 0430. Success. Now we have a BH Groveport to pick up and run to Petersburg. Then we do the Indy run again. I may see if I can make this my dedicated run!!! Max miles and run it every other day!! I dont think Sally would like me out of the NE though. It is a perfect run for one of you guys/gals though.

Yep. Headed back out to Indy with Slideways. Our last trip together. Then I get Kyle on Saturday. Hes coming off Terry J's truck after finishing stage II. Supposedly for NE training. I want this Indy run. Sally as you could imagine was not to enthusiastic about my interest in the run. I guess its about feeling appreciated for our hard work and professionalism. Its something I can take some ownership in. Rising to a challenge or whatever...I hate boredom. Honestly that played into the NE thing. I need a challenge. Ice Road Truckers? Training gives me a challenge in a way too. had to put the truck into the shop today. Fuel filter warnings. Mechanic found I had a blown shock. Thanks CrossBronx !!!! New shocks on that drive axle. Great catching up and breaking bread with Johnboy.
