I'm sure they'll let you run a load or two when they're in a bind.

 

My suggestion: continue on periodically posting behind the scene stuff as it helps and enlightens people. My job as a leader in the military and a manager in other jobs is to teach those below me to take my job. It helps people understand the things you are dealing with and the things that are not in your realm.

 

I hope the day comes when someone is taught to take my job, believe when I say that I won't, under any circumstances let the door hit me in the ### on the way out.
