YESSS... I’ve been asking for that “feature” for years now.... I never knew when I was driving or just sitting there watching my clocks click away.

    Finally a good change!!!

It's a bit handier when it says "PERSONAL CONVEYANCE" in big letters underneath the clock. Lets you know whether or not you remembered to switch to off-duty drive before putting it in gear.

Can confirm RebelChick's other comments. My QC has been this way since I got the truck. Once you go on duty after a reset, it will bring up the "Certify" screen and ask you to certify your logs. You can click "Not ready" to make the screen go away if you don't want to certify, but I dunno how long you can keep doing that before it forces the issue.

You will also be required to enter load information. This one is especially annoying because it will not exit this screen until you give it some data if you don't have any load data already entered for the current date. It's pretty easy to fool it if you want to do so, but I've just started entering in all my load data.

Cannot manually put yourself on drive. Also cannot edit reset time. If you oversleep and take an 11 hour reset, you can't get up and split off the last 15 minutes of that reset into on-duty time so you can start your day 15 minutes ago. It won't let you edit that reset time at all.

Time is more granular. It now keeps track of seconds as well as minutes for things like "have you been stationary for 5 minutes after going off-duty?" Used to be, if you (for example) went off-duty at 4:00:55, it would count as 5 minutes off-duty once the clock hit 4:05:00, even though only 4 minutes and 5 seconds had passed. Now you have to wait the full five minutes.

I'd forgotten how obnoxious I-4 is, especially through Orlando.

Dropped my load at volvo in Jacksonville and at the pilot down the road for a reset til 3 am friday morning. I have hometime next week in Yakima to spend few days with my fiancee. They looking around here to try and get something headed there from here. Worse case they prob get me something to Richmond and then from there to Washington on Sat for Thursday delivery next week which is when Im due there for off time since I have a doctor appt next Friday at the VA clinic. If have to reschedule it, I won’t get in for two to three months probably since that is the norm with the VA it seems, lol!

On your way back out take I-4 N to exit 62 (I think) taking 417 North all the way to I-4 North again. The "E pass" will work and save you time. You probably only get about 0.45 of morning traffic.

    ExtremeUnction and Finfn1372 Thank this.

Avoid I-40 West in Tennessee during the night time. There is a road repavement going on and traffic is about 30 miles long not moving. I feel so bad for the people stuck there last night.

It is amazing to me how long I can stall going to the bathroom just because it would require me to put on pants and walk across a parking lot.
