I will limit my comments to the actual load as it could be a load for any driver from any carrier...

Aint no way I’m knowingly driving into any hot zone... especially during the trail which could, and most likely will, spark that powder keg.

Serious ice, I shut down but I’ll delver.
    Snow requiring chains, same answer.

Powder Kegs of Urban Drama... refused.

(Kind of missing those deer guards)

I’m not really in their hiring area. Right on the edge and I’d have to stay out a minimum of 3 weeks. That’s a big no go for me.

if you’re in their hiring area, it can be 2 weeks. I am not, although I occasionally see their trucks.

Shouldn't be an issue till the trial ends, one way or another. Expected to last at least thru next week.
8 miles away is a decent buffer zone.

Getting unloaded in Fife. Already got a pre-plan up to the far northern reaches of Washington to grab a load heading back to Suffolk, due next Monday. Barring something unfortunate, should be a nice leisurely trip back across the country, this time going through North Dakota which will scratch that one off the list of truck-accessible states I haven't been to in a truck. Hopefully I can find someplace scenic to take my 34.

After this trip, Alaska will be the only remaining truck-accessible state I will have never visited in a truck. Ironically, this receiver I'm at is a company that specializes in shipping stuff to Alaska. Apparently all this lunchmeat is getting loaded onto one of their trucks and shipped out to Alaska, and there is a substantial late fee of $10k charged to Abilene if we're late to this reciever (since they then have to load it up on a plane and fly it to Alaska instead to make on-time delivery). My DM says it's the biggest late fee we have.

I told him I'd be happy to just deliver it to Alaska myself so I could cross that one off the list. I'm a lot cheaper than $10k.
