Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

Nothing that remotely resembles a table. I don’t carry a lot, but I will say this, the Volvo has more storage space. Right off the bat I’m missing my under bunk opening. This truck you need to lift the bed up to reach it. But I moved in last night and got myself all set up. It will work fine. One thing that’s annoying me is everything is on the opposite side from the Volvo. The cruise on the steering wheel is on the other side, the radio controls are switched, my clothes closet is opposite and so is the microwave. Kinda of annoying opening my microwave looking for a change of clothes.

 

That was exactly how I spent my 3 years driving a Volvo.

 

I notice that, as of the most recent software update, Edna has begun quoting actual FMCSA regulations at me whenever I get low on HOS.

I am not a fan.

 

I still like the idea but the controls where a bit handier from the lower bunk.

 

When you get tired of listening to it beep and squak at you let me know and I will tell ya which two fuses to pull......
