Ya, hitting 3k in the NE would be tough.
But they have an awesome 10 CPM bonus!

    Anything specifically we can answer?

I wasn't aware they were rolling that out to new recruits. I believe they have had a renewed push with such a program but I don't know the details on it... Yet.

Might want to drive for them for a bit before taking such a leap... I don't doubt that Abilene would run a good program for their Drivers, but not sure I would jump right into it.

    But that's me...

    1. How do they treat the drivers in general? Do they take care of them and do they help them to make the most money they can?
    2. How often is freight low there and when it is, how low is low?
    3. How are benefits?
    4. Can you bring pets?
    5. Can you deny loads?
    6. How are they with getting you home for special requests?
    7. What kind of home time do they get your for both OTR and NE???

1.) I think they treat the drivers, that prove they can run, very well. Some would disagree but every company has those. I can't complain.

2.) Rarely... Until just recently, I don't think I had a very long wait since last August and took only one 34 hour reset too. Recently, I have had a few weekends where I had an extra day in a load. Which wasn't always bad as I was able to stop by Savannah on one weekend and spend a day with my oldest daughter.

3.) I am on my wife's benefits so I didn't look at them in depth but they struck me as a very good package... Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life, etc... (But maybe someone else could chime in as I don't use them)

4.) Pet Policy: yes, under 25# (or 35#?) with a $500 refundable deposit. May need to wait six months before the Pet/Rider Policies kick in.

5.) Technically, no... But if you have a good reason they may work with you now and then... Maybe... I have yet to have been placed under a load that I would have considered saying no to... Again, if you are coming here for miles, they have them... If you want to maximize your income, why would you say no to any load? And I believe in the help the team and take the crappy loads and that will help when wanting or needing the nice long haul too.

6.) They are AWESOME with "Special Needs" requests... As to normal home time, there are times when you might need to be flexible... I have only missed one weekend of home time when I was under a load going to Denver but I just took three days off the next weekend. But, again, when urgent issues arise, our team really shines!!!

7.) I think both are calculated at 6 days on with 1 day off... Thinking most take a weekend home every other weekend but you can stay out for longer then take more time off at once. Some NE regional drivers might be home every weekend too... Plus opportunities arise to swing by home for a 10 or 34 also...

Others will provide they views too.

Overall, very glad I started here.

    1. Show them you're willing and yes they take care of you.
    2. Depends on where you are at the time. They usually try to get you back into a good area. Most freight originates from Richmond with back haul right back to Richmond.
    3. Benefits are ok. Not the best, but not the worst.
    4. Pets with $500 deposit. Not sure if there is a weight limit, but if so it's probably like 20 lbs.
    5. No. Unless you absolutely have no hours, and even then they will tell you to take it and either get swapped or rescheduled.
6 & 7. Special requests? OTR Home time is 1 day off for every 2 days out. Except if you are NE regional, then you are home for at least a 34 every week, not sure where you live, but most of those guys live in or very near Richmond.
