You still liking it? I had a really good week this week.

 

Yes, I think it will be a great place to start a trucking career. Will be very happy once they route is to the NE and I can finish my training phase. Been waiting like five weeks and all they seem to do is send me east and west on I-40... We will see what next week brings. Looking forward to being assigned a truck (hoping for a Volvo) and I can move in and settle into it more long term.

 

Man, I hate to hear it's taking so long. I understand you want to be own your own. Lol, maybe that'll be Abilene ' s Christmas present to you

I stayed at the LaQuinta for my orientation... A very nice place all the way around. Serves a good breakfast too. We picked up a new driver who was told to stay at the VIP by someone who didn't know there had been a change and boy was I ever glad I stayed at the new place... Made for a much better first impression of the Company for sure... lol
