About to use Triumph Factoring. Anyone else using them? Info?

Thats true, they will not take your money uf they dont receive it from shipper..

 

This company is unethical and will try keep you locked into their company. We purchased a company in December 2023. The previous owner of the company was signed up with triumph in 2021, so there was an active UCCF filing against our company which again is unethical because they signed to renewal this on our company every year since 2021 when services were never used. The previous owner of our company never factored any bills nor used the service at all with triumph. It has been over one month and we are still going through hell trying to get a release from triumph. They have requested several documents in which we have sent in. Now they access for documentation that is not legally mandated. Nor in their contract to be released. This behavior again is very unethical and has stopped the daily functions of our company. Triumph seems to not care at all that this behavior is affecting our company, even though we knew that the documentation was not legally mandated nor is their contract we still supplied that information because we wanted to be released so we can move forward with our business. To date they still refused to release our company. I would stay far away from this company besides, they have very interest rates, incompetent and leaves carriers to do a lot of work. They prolongs the process after invoices have been paid and their deceptive business practices need to be exposed. Triumph business capital acts like the mob once you get in with them they will not let you out. They put everyone through hell they are definitely a predatory company that needs to be looked into by the government.

 

Sounds like it would’ve been a lot cheaper just to start your own MC instead of buying someone else’s, huh?

 

To each is own!!! And no it was not a lot cheaper just to start your own MC instead of buying someone. We made a great business decision and it’s worked out perfectly this past year. We have not had a problem until now!! So thank you so much for your negative comment.

 

So, they are bad too? I remember them working with DAT about 10 years ago. I know some guys who use them still and don't say anything.
So, if all the invoices are paid for, what gives them the right not to release you?

 

all great business decisions involve coming on the internet to ##### about not getting paid….

so what did you learn?

 

They learned that buying a MC# you're also buying everything that went with it.

And that most all factoring contracts auto-renew whether you use them or not.
