    the next eight refer to tire postions on tandem axles
    1--rri- right rear inside
    2--rro-right rear outside
    3--lro--left rear outside
    4--lri--left rear inside
    5--rfo-right front outside
    6--rfi--right front inside
    7--lfo--left front outside
    8--lfi--left front inside
    psi--pound per square inch (tire pressure)
    gvw--gross vehicle weight
    dba--doing business as
