    I have an Abs code mid 136 sid 1 fmi 1

    Left steer axle sensor looks to be going bad.

    Are the front sensors the same as the rear sensors? I always have a spare with me but never had to replace a front and wondering if they are interchangeable.

    @nasriza @benrab @QUALITYTRUCK

    Thanks

    Check wires from sensor and bearing. If bearing is lose it can give false code.

    Nasriza is correct again. Just check 2 things first. Make sure that it is pushed in all of the way. You can unplug and test with VOM meter. Should read between 1000-1200 ohms if good. The steers are easy to replace by grabbing with pliers, twisting and pulling out.

    Outer bearing was on its last legs. I was able to make it home to get it replaced.

    First of all

    FMI 1 - weak signal. Check sensor ajustment. Try to nock it slignhlly to reduce air gap,

    SID 1 - front axle #1, left wheel., not the drive axle)))

    Good luck!)

    Socal Xpress Thanks this.
